ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (April 6, 2022) — 120Water, the nation’s leading solutions provider for managing drinking water programs, has released new Public Transparency and Compliance Event Management features to help utilities get organized and stay on track to confidently meet Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR) compliance milestones.
LCRR, which recently went into effect to better protect communities from exposure to lead in drinking water has made managing compliance events even more complicated for utilities. 120Water’s new features will help utilities get organized, stay on track and be in compliance.
120Water’s enhanced Public Transparency Dashboard helps utilities build public trust by enabling water systems to show residents the important health information they need. With LCRR, utilities must develop an inventory of all public and private service line materials and make this inventory available to the public. 120Water’s Public Transparency Dashboard helps utilities confidently comply by delivering a custom-branded, public-facing website showing service line material types for each individual address. With the push of a button, utilities can share additional data by address as well, such as when water sampling has been performed and the results.
120Water’s new Compliance Event Management features enable utilities to manage data at the Program, Event, Location, and Asset level with just a few clicks. New Events Pages help utilities stay on top of their drinking water programs, such as service line inventory development and validation, lead service line replacement, school and daycare sampling, and more. Event-level views allow utilities to quickly drill down into current and historical details about events and share those details with their teams. 120Water’s improved lab management platform allows utilities to manage data for lab partners and individual labs within each partner group to facilitate communication. In addition, utilities can easily import and manage the large quantity of data required by LCRR.
“Managing drinking water compliance events and staying current with new regulations requires a coordinated effort among various stakeholders, and will change the way utilities use and share data,” said Abby Warner, SVP of Client Experience of 120Water. “The new features we are announcing help utilities increase visibility into data, improve internal and external communications, and stay organized so they can confidently be in compliance.”
A webinar to showcase the new Public Transparency and Compliance Event Management features will be held on April 12 at 1 pm ET. Registration is available here.
