Join Marianne Bain from Greeley and Hansen as she shares the lessons she’s learned managing the teams and processes that are setting the standard on how to execute LSLR Programs.
Erica Walker is the Sr. Director of Solution Services at 120Water. She joined 120Water in late 2018 from the Indiana Finance Authority, where she managed a statewide drinking water lead sampling program for public schools. She also has worked for the Water Quality Research Program for the City of Bloomington, Ind. and in the Air, Pesticides, Toxins Management Division of the US Environmental Protection Agency. She holds master’s degrees in Environmental Science and Public Affairs from Indiana University.
Marianne Bain has over 31 years of proven experience leading multi-discipline construction inspection teams for clients. Marianne takes a hands-on approach and continuously observes the work to maintain progress and quality. She is experienced leading a team of specialty (discipline-specific) inspectors and partnering with the Contractor to problem-solve in the field to maintain progress of the work for the communities she serves. For the past 8 years, Marianne has been working on water main relocations and replacements and supporting the client’s initiative of lead service line replacement. She received her M.B.A. from Meredith College and has a Bachelor of Sciences in Building Construction and Contracting from Purdue University. She is INDOT certified and AWWA Inspection Certified.
