Erica Walker is the Sr. Director of Solution Services at 120Water. She joined 120Water in late 2018 from the Indiana Finance Authority, where she managed a statewide drinking water lead sampling program for public schools. She also has worked for the Water Quality Research Program for the City of Bloomington, Ind. and in the Air, Pesticides, Toxins Management Division of the US Environmental Protection Agency. She holds master’s degrees in Environmental Science and Public Affairs from Indiana University.
Glenn Barnes is Director of Water Finance Assistance, a training and technical assistance venture dedicated to building the financial and managerial capacity of drinking water systems. For the last 15 years, Glenn has used data analysis to help utilities make smarter decisions around rates, affordability, long term planning, staffing, and emergency preparedness. Glenn has worked with community and non-community water systems in every state and territory across the United States as well as with Tribal nations.
Emily is the Utility Operations Manager with the City of Lima, Ohio. Her work with the City of Lima began in 2012 and she holds both a Class 3 Operator License in Wastewater Treatment as well a Class 3 Operator License in Drinking Water. Prior to her career, she graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a B.A. in Biology & Psychology. She also holds a J.D. degree from Northern Ohio University.
