Coordinating complex compliance events for your drinking water programs can feel like an uphill battle, especially for already overwhelmed water systems. With the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) now in effect, it may feel like fighting that uphill battle with one hand tied behind your back.
We hear from water professionals every day who are struggling to manage their compliance events and are looking for a better way to align their programs and teams around a single source of truth for critical water data and activities.
Our goal at 120Water is to help simplify compliance for the utilities we serve and we’re excited to announce our latest round of features and solutions that further that work.
Our new features and improvements will make it easier to organize and track all the moving parts of your LCRR or drinking water programs in one place, and increase visibility across all your teams, partners, and customers, so you can get ahead (and stay ahead) of LCRR.
We’ve simplified record-keeping and made it easier to transparently display the right info to your community as well. You’ll now be able to manage your utility details at the Program, Event, Location, and Asset level, and easily import and manage the large quantities of data required for LCRR compliance.
With the release of Event Pages, you can stay organized and on top of your drinking water programs like never before, with everything you need to report on your event in one place.
Intuitive and simple data management allows you to see only the information you need, and event-level views in the software will enable you to quickly drill down into the details of the events you’re running within each project.
Per LCRR, utilities must develop an inventory of all public and private service line materials and make that inventory available to the public.
Most water quality dashboards are confusing and difficult to use if you’re not trained in how to read them, which is counterintuitive to the goal of public transparency. Dumping a bunch of information on residents that they can’t understand or interpret is frustrating and unhelpful.
With the 120Water Public Transparency Dashboard, sharing essential health information with your community couldn’t be simpler or easier to understand. You get greater flexibility to show your customers the information they need while ensuring you remain in compliance.
Some notable new features and benefits of the Public Transparency Dashboard include:
Large quantity data importing and processing improvements
As part of this release, we’re making importing large quantities of data into the 120Water software easier and faster. Our solution includes robust data validation and provides clear details on all data errors so you can better understand and make necessary corrections.
The same file format will allow you to create new records or update existing records, and the new import process will allow large files to be handled without the need for any manual work.
Lab management / LIMS connection
We can now also manage data for lab partners and individual labs within each partner group. This will make it easier to update lab information and improve visibility between your utility and labs.
