Abby Warner is 120Water’s SVP of Customer Experience. Prior to joining the team, she spent five years as the Chief Operating Officer at the Brookfield Group, a managed services technology company, where she was responsible for business operations and process management, along with marketing and client relations. Prior to the Brookfield Group, Warner spent time at various technology startups, including Compendium and RICS Software, where she worked to improve the customer experience while serving as a leader of the product and client services teams. Sarah Young serves as 120Water’s Vice President of Sales. She has over a decade of experience in sales, leading high-performing sales teams, account management, and team building. Prior to joining 120Water, she’s applied her background in recruiting and sales to various high-growth software companies such as hc1.com and Springbuk. She is passionate about building mission-driven technology organizations that apply modern solutions to solve meaningful community challenges.
Tom Bruns serves as 120Water’s vice president of strategic initiatives. Bruns has more than 45 years of experience in the water and wastewater field, most recently serving as the president of Aqua Indiana, a part of Aqua America (“WTR”), the nation’s second largest publicly traded water utility. Prior to his tenure with Aqua, Bruns served as vice president of business development for Indianapolis Water Company from 1989 to 2002, and deputy director of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources in the late 1980s. From 1984 to 1986 he was responsible for the implementation of the state’s Water Management Act, which one of the nation’s first comprehensive water use data collection efforts.
