Megan Glover is the CoFounder and CEO of 120Water. A data and software veteran, prior to founding 120Water she spent nearly 15 years as an executive building and scaling various software as a service products in the midwest. With a passion and knowledge base for utilizing modern software technology to solve problems, 120Water provides modern software and tools necessary to solve our most complex drinking water challenges.
Abby Warner is 120Water’s VP of Client Success. Prior to joining the team, she spent five years as the Chief Operating Officer at the Brookfield Group, a managed services technology company, where she was responsible for business operations and process management, along with marketing and client relations. Prior to the Brookfield Group, Warner spent time at various technology startups, including Compendium and RICS Software, where she worked to improve the customer experience while serving as a leader of the product and client services teams. Warner is also an involved member of the Indianapolis community serving on several nonprofit boards and organizations including Heroes Foundations, Indy Women in Tech and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana.
Kurt Phillips is the Chief Financial Officer at 120Water. An analytical and execution-focused finance leader, Kurt has a strong record of growing both revenue and profitability for B2B tech companies by building trusted relationships, reinforcing accountability, and supporting the entire organization for growth and scale. Prior to 120Water, he served as the CFO at several Midwest-headquartered tech companies, including Emplify, Eshots, Inc. and Hostway Corporation. He is experienced in leading all company departments and functions with integrity and a commitment to making decisions that achieve meaningful results.
Tom Bruns serves as 120Water’s vice president of business development. Bruns has more than 45 years of experience in the water and wastewater field, most recently serving as the president of Aqua Indiana, a part of Aqua America (“WTR”), the nation’s second largest publicly traded water utility. Prior to his tenure with Aqua, Bruns served as vice president of business development for Indianapolis Water Company from 1989 to 2002, and deputy director of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources in the late 1980s. From 1984 to 1986 he was responsible for the implementation of the state’s Water Management Act, which one of the nation’s first comprehensive water use data collection efforts.
Antony Rhine is 120Water’s Chief Revenue Officer. He has over a decade of experience in business development, account growth, team building, and sales overachievement. After leading Enterprise Sales at Octiv, later acquired by Conga, he joined 120Water and is responsible for leading business expansion efforts, building a scalable team and process, and maximizing value for customers and partners.
Laura Breedlove is a respected technology executive and was named the 2016 CTO of the year by the Indianapolis Business Journal. At the time, Breedlove was chief technology officer of hc1.com, a leading healthcare cloud-based company. She joins 120Water from Terminus, an account-based marketing company, where she served as vice president of data strategy.
Anthony Varner is 120Water’s Director of Talent. He has over 10 years’ experience in talent management, recruitment, and leadership development. Most recently he helped scale Socio to a successful acquisition by Cisco. He’s now responsible for scaling 120Water through hiring, training, process improvement, ensuring that 120Water continues to be a great place to work!
Sarah Young serves as 120Water’s Vice President of Sales. She has over a decade of experience in sales, leading high-performing sales teams, account management, and team building. Prior to joining 120Water, she’s applied her background in recruiting and sales to various high-growth software companies such as hc1.com and Springbuk. She is passionate about building mission-driven technology organizations that apply modern solutions to solve meaningful community challenges.
As Director of Marketing at 120Water, Nicole leads her team with a passion to protect public health. Strategically minded and creatively inclined, she leads with a focus on building and growing relationships through meaningful brand experiences. Passionate about gender equality in the workplace, Nicole has founded various female affinity groups throughout the Indianapolis tech community and continues to serve as an advocate. She’s been named to Techpoint’s Tech25 Class of 2018 and one of Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders in 2019.
