A data and software veteran, prior to founding 120Water she spent nearly 15 years as an executive building and scaling various software as a service products in the midwest. With a passion and knowledge base for utilizing modern software technology to solve problems, 120Water provides modern software and tools necessary to solve our most complex drinking water challenges.

Craig Herman

Chief Revenue Officer

Craig Herman serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at 120Water, where he leads the company’s revenue generation strategies and oversees the sales and marketing teams. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Craig has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Before joining 120Water, he held senior sales positions at several technology companies, where he was instrumental in expanding market share and developing strategic partnerships.

Brian Crow

Chief Product Officer

Passionate about advancing the future of industrial technology, I lead globally dispersed teams in building, scaling, and launching groundbreaking products, technologies, and applications in both large and startup environments.

Currently, as part of the executive leadership team at 120 Water, I am leading a technical team of software developers, Saas/Cloud Operations and a team of product managers. Our team is focused on transforming the water industry by delivering ground breaking products that are helping our customers remove lead from their freshwater infrastructure.

Jennifer Fulk

Accomplished public company Chief Financial Officer with over 18 years of experience in leading financial and strategic business planning, investor relations, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. Proven track record in developing effective strategies, building and engaging high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious objectives. Skilled at creating a clear vision, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a collaborative and analytical approach with a strong strategic mindset.

Abby Warner

Chief Experience Officer

Abby Warner is 120Water’s Chief Experience Officer. Prior to joining the team, she spent five years as the Chief Operating Officer at the Brookfield Group, a managed services technology company, where she was responsible for business operations and process management, along with marketing and client relations. Prior to the Brookfield Group, Warner spent time at various technology startups, including Compendium and RICS Software, where she worked to improve the customer experience while serving as a leader of the product and client services teams. Warner is also an involved member of the Indianapolis community serving on several nonprofit boards and organizations including Heroes Foundations, Indy Women in Tech and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Isaac Pellerin is 120Water’s SVP of Corporate Strategy and has invested nearly 2 decades into building organizations and data-driven technologies that impact local communities. Isaac has a never-ending curiosity to understand how technology impacts people’s work and produces good for the communities they serve. He sees the complexity of drinking water regulations as an opportunity to align the value of 120Water’s platform with the needs of the water workforce today and grow with the needs of the future.
