With the LCRI baseline inventory due next year, water systems that submit unknown service lines will trigger a variety of additional requirements including:

• Inventory resubmissions
• Additional sampling
• Service line replacement plan submission
• Higher calculated replacement rates.

On March 5th, the 120Water team provided practical insights from over 50 service line field verification programs, across a variety of states, designed to reduce or eliminate unknown service lines.
