Your Impact:

The Product Manager plays a critical role in the success of the 120Water platform which
consists of cloud-based software, services, testing kits, and communications. This individual
will work collaboratively with Engineering, CS, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive
priority alignment, collect feedback and data for future initiatives, connect with customers to
identify points of opportunity, and be a product expert in our organization. As the first Product
Manager on the team, your impact will be felt by all internal and external stakeholders as you
bring our platform to new heights.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with internal and external stakeholders to identify problems to solution and
  prioritize
• Develop and manage product processes with the Director of Product to continually
  improve our internal workflows
• Write Pitch documents to outline problem spaces, impact, requirements, and high-level
  workflows
• Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Product to update and communicate the
  roadmap priorities
• Draft release notes for internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment on product
  updates
• Work with Marketing to outline launch plans for new features
• Field, log, and manage user feedback from multiple channels to inform product
  direction
  

What you bring:

• Industry experience serving government or utility sectors preferred, but not required
• Empathetic and Curious personality
• Proven track record working on a Product team for a SaaS company
• A curious perspective with a bias to action
• A natural problem-solver accustomed to working with a sense of urgency
• A balance of creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• 3 years experience in a technical role
