Your Impact:
The CRM & Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing our CRM and other internal systems functionality by working closely with other team members to understand business needs and implementing solutions. This includes customizing our CRM to fit the business needs, managing user access for both the CRM and other business systems, working with the team to create meaningful reports and dashboards and providing technical assistance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with Hubspot and will have managed a migration from Hubspot to Salesforce. This role is vital in maintaining system integrity, enhancing user experience and ensuring the delivery of key insights to drive business decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Understand the operations, challenges and objectives of each function in the business to help identify efficiencies to be gained through the functionality of the CRM and other business systems
- Provide system administration support for the CRM, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles
- Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Work closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
- Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity.
- Lead and manage an eventual migration from Hubspot to Salesforce
What you bring:
- 2+ years of CRM administration experience (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working directly with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams and implementing their requirements in a CRM environment
- Expert knowledge of custom objects, workflows and permission sets in a CRM
- Passion for automating business processes, creating reports/dashboards and data analysis/modeling
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience migrating from Hubspot to Salesforce
- Bonus points for Salesforce.com certification
